I was delighted to find a pair of shoes on your web site after searching in Adelaide stores for many hours with no luck at all. I must admit I felt a little apprehensive at first because I had never purchased online before. However, these feelings soon disappeared after I was able to talk to Leah Sullivan. I rang her mobile and found her to be very friendly and helpful. She told me she would check the stock and ring me when she got to the warehouse, which took about 15 minutes. She discussed my needs and gave me a couple of options that I had not considered. I wear orthotics so buying shoes anytime isn’t easy.!
I saw some Stegmann styles on the Jack Rivers website & took up their offer of assistance to contact Leah via email. Her detailed responses to my enquiries throughout our many ‘conversations’ were very prompt & courteous. I then rang to place my order & had my shoes the very next day! I love their range , different from the usual brands in the dept stores & shoestore groups . I found the personal service very refreshing , & from now on Jack Rivers will be one of my first calls in buying shoes.

I had been looking everywhere for a specific pair of shoes and was getting very desperate as I wanted to take them on holiday. I finally found them at jackriver.com but was hesitant due to ordering online and requiring interstate shipping, I thought the whole process would take too long and that I would not receive them in time. This was most definately NOT the case!
Less than 48 hrs after sending Leah the first enquiry email I had the shoes on my feet and they're perfect. Communication was very friendly, fast and efficient and the product was exactly what I wanted and expected. I am very impressed and next time I see a pair of shoes I like, I'll be contacting Leah first!

They look professional for work or funky for going out. They have a high wedge heel but fit like a slipper. And best of all the shoes didn't need 'breaking in' they felt great on my feet from the first time I wore them.
